Blueberry Recipe Roundup
It’s blueberry season! Almost every year I like to get local blueberries for eating, freezing, baking and savoring. They are my favorite berry (well maybe, it’s so hard to decide!) and I love that they are a superfood as well. This is one health food I can (and often do) eat everyday!
This week I am going blueberry picking with Layla and in honor of the tradition I thought I would round up some awesome blueberry recipes for you. Some are healthy. Some are treats. All will meet your blueberry craving.
Blueberry Broccoli Slaw Salad with Yogurt
Salmon with Blueberry Sauce
Berry Patriotic Chia Seed Pudding
Blueberry Lemon Chia Seed Mini Muffins
Greek Yogurt Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Banana Walnut Ice Cream
Are you hungry yet? 😉 As a bonus be sure to check out my post on How to Freeze Blueberries. You definitely will want to preserve some blueberries for sprinkling on cereal, oatmeal and making smoothies. I’m pretty partial to a bowl of frozen blueberries with milk. So delicous!
Let me know if you make any of these amazing recipes! Or feel free to share your favorite way to eat blueberries in the comments. Let’s share the blueberry love!Â
Thanks for the link love! 🙂 I love blueberries, this round-up is fantastic!
yum yum! where do we sample?
Uh, that would literally be the best day ever!
oh wow what a roundup! That all looks delicious. i also really like the way you did your graphic. Which app did you use for that?
Just good ole picmonkey. I have royale, but I don’t think anything in it is “royale” that I recall. I tried photoshop but I just don’t have time to spend fiddling with it. Maybe in the fall.
Great round up! Yum. Blueberries are so much fun. I love finding ways to use them that DO NOT include baking muffins. haha
Yes! Baked goods are awesome but there is more to blueberries than that!
Great round up! I wish I lived somewhere near where I could go out and pick blueberries (instead of having to pick a tiny container for a lot of money at the grocery store). All these recipes sound yummy. Thanks for pulling them together.
Yeah! I love picking and it’s great to get the good prices!
Everything looks delicious — as it should with blueberries as the star!
blueberries are my favorite. what a great list!
Great list! I want to try the blueberry ice cream! It’s practically guilt free. It’s fruit! 😉

EVerything’s better with blueberries, don’t you think? Those blueberry balsamic pork chops will be a hit with the carnivores at my house!
Yeah…I’m looking forward to trying them! YUM-YUM!
Great roundup! Those energy bars look amazing. One of the things I will miss about our old house are the blueberry bushes and strawberry patch.
Oh my I would LOVE that! My two favs!
I love eating blueberries raw and in my smoothies. They literally help me with my memory. These recipes all look fabulous and delicious.
I love raw blueberries on my cereal and oatmeal too. So delicious!
Yum! Blueberries are one of my favorites. Such a short season though.
I’m such a blueberry fan. I want all these things!
Mmm, so many good sounding recipes. I need to try the blueberry banana ice cream!
I am a big fan of blueberries. The pork chops and salmon look amazing, as does everything else, but i am definitely drawn to the sweet/savory foods!! Yum!
Me too! I like the unusual combos. 🙂
Yum! Blueberries are so good right now. Pinning so I don’t forget to try some of the recipes.
I am loving Blueberries lately. I am cutting down on sugar and these have a lower amount than other fruit. Thanks for sharing.
I love blueberries so this hits the spot for me! Are these your photos?
I can’t wait to try the pork chop recipe. Thanks!
Great list! I love blueberries. Blueberry pie (with a cream cheese layer) and blueberry buckle coffee cake are two of my favorites!
Uh, blueberry pie with a cream cheese layer sounds out of this world! Where do I get this stuff??
The blueberry farms are already shut down for the season ere in Southern California, but I will have to save this for next year.
Thanks for sharing on Tasty Tuesdays link up. Hope to see you back next week.
