Hey there! I swear these Friday Loves posts are the only thing that keeps my days in rhythm–that and church. Nate’s days off work are during the week, and I work from home/am always working as a mama so we don’t have a typical “weekend” around here. For those of you for whom this is a true Friday, Happy Freaking Friday!!
Build Your Own Green Smoothie plus 10 Recipes to Try–I’m really into green smoothies this week. Yum!

That one time Jillian Michaels retweeted me. No joke. We’re basically best buds now.
Why I Don’t Want 6 Pack Abs–I love this article, but for me it would have to be retitled “Why I really, still want 6 pack abs, but I’m completely okay without them”.

You’re Not Alone, My Journey Through Mental Illness–An honest and raw post about how hard it is to be a mom; depression can suck you in quickly so let’s all watch out for each other okay?
Desperate: Hope for the Mom Who Needs to Breathe–I got this book on a whim (thank you Amazon Prime!) and I’m really trying to soak it in. I’m not in a bad place with mothering, I just want my word of the year “intention” to reach deep into my parenting. I don’t want to waste my baby’s babyhood and as she gets older (more independent, willfull, and adventurous) I’m more and more aware of my huge responsibility of pointing her heart to Christ. It’s not easy and it’s not a journey to go at alone. I’m thankful for virtual and real life mentors.
What are you loving this week?
