What Fit Means To Me….
Grandma Conrad Christmas cookies! I don’t deprive myself at holidays or special occasions; that is one way to set yourself up for failure. I just keep my portions reasonable, enjoy every bite, and move on!
Getting fit means movement! I run (just did my second half marathon!), do yoga, lift weights, and bike regularly. (Check out my Workouts page to see more of my favorite workouts and running recaps!) I love getting stronger and pushing myself harder everyday—it’s a great feeling!
