Hey friends! I wanted to pop in quick today and give you my September Blogging Income Report. If you are not into blogging, it’s totally okay for you to skip this post…I promise there will be more recipes, fitness tips, and all the other things next time. But if you are curious about the ups and downs of blogging…read on!
I had 26,000 pageviews in September and 21,0000 monthly visitors. It’s slightly less than August, but not a big deal. I just want to thank YOU for being a part of what we have going on here. My biggest referrers for the month were Pinterest, Google, and Fitfluential. My social media followers grew by 117. Hello new friends!!
Sponsored Posts: $40
Social Media only campaigns: $100
Total Revenue: $234.64
You got to spend money to make money, or at least that’s what they tell me.
CoSchedule (blog calendar & social media scheduling): $5
Tailwind (Pinterest scheduling tool–so great!): $10
Mailchimp (email service): $10
Blog hosting & site fees: $10
Total Expenses: $35
Income less Expenses: $200 (math is hard; let’s round.)
To be honest this month was disappointing when it comes to the income side. I’ve had to come to terms with the fact that is just the way it goes sometime. It doesn’t define me and is nowhere near the most important thing in my life. Taking a week off for a couples getaway with Nate may have affected things somewhat, but I needed that too, so no regrets– just keep moving forward. #seewhatIdidthere 😉 Have a great day!
