Thoroughly grease 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Cut or tear French bread into 1-2 inch cubes or pieces and place into 9x13 pan. Whisk eggs until frothy. Add milk, spices, salt, molasses and maple syrup. Whisk up! Pour the milk/egg mixture over the french bread. Make sure to throughly soak the bread. It's okay to stir it around a little to make sure everything is nice and soggy. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Morning of: Preheat oven to 350. Top french toast bake with streusel. Bake for 45 minutes until golden. Serve warm topped with raspberries and whipped cream.
Combine the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir. Use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the sugar and flour mixture until it forms small crumbles. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate.
