Tropical Green Smoothie
This delicious tropical green smoothie features orange, pineapple and coconut, plus it has protein! Sometimes it’s hard to have a green smoothie that tastes good AND fills you up, but this one takes it! Also, just to be upfront with you guys I received the Designer Whey protein powder (the brand I use anyway) to review as part of a Fitfluential campaign—full review coming soon.
Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 orange, peeled
1 cup pineapple
2 T coconut flakes
1 T coconut oil
2 cups spinach
1 scoop white chocolate designer whey protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
7-8 ice cubes
Directions:
Put everything but the ice in the blender. Blend. You may need to stir it around a bit as you go. Add ice. Crush it. Sip it. Love it. Green smoothie goodness in a cup–for breakfast, lunch or dinner
